I’m Aisha…
…and I cook for my family. And myself! But mostly my family, if I’m honest.
You see, I love to eat delicious food, but I also like to eat healthy. Sometimes not so easy to find great recipes that do both.
So I experiment and take pictures of those experiments and share them.
As for the family, they are part of the problem when it comes to my “let’s eat healthy and delicious” and “vegetables are not the enemy” plan.
I have a husband who is obsessed with chicken, a daughter who refuses 99% of foods and a son who is an extremely hungry guy (but is kinda my dream foodie.)
And then there is me, who is trying to stay in shape, be full so I don’t lose my cool while parenting “wee mental 1” and “wee mental 2,” take care of my mental health and have glowing skin (girl can aim).
Here is where I chronicle my kitchen adventures as I try to feed everyone (and include wellness on my to-do list.)
